Renegotiation of lease
Colliers International France supported HEINEKEN France in the renegotiation of its lease for its 9,000 m2 headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison. Colliers' mission was to represent Heineken in discussions with its current owner, present alternative sites to Heineken as part of a potential departure scenario and negotiate the best financial, legal and technical conditions for a new lease.
