Co-construction and railway inspiration
After years at the top of the mythical "Crayon", our colliers agency in Lyon has left the Part-Dieu district and the offices that have become dilapidated to return to the mainland. It is behind the Perrache station, in a single-storey house along the railway tracks, that Colliers Lyon has made a fresh start: 300 m2 designed to guarantee maximum flexibility and become the showcase of our expertise and our Colliers know-how.

To find the right balance between innovative proposals and work impacts, our new office in Lyon served as a laboratory: we carried out a reflection around cost control and decision-making in order to offer a real showroom to our customers and work spaces adapted to each need. A place to set in motion innovation, to think and imagine differently the workspaces of tomorrow while putting money in the right place!
