Nathalie Prinet

I'm a passionate Workplace Consultant, helping customers define their Vision for how work environment can support their business and people strategy. Coming from a marketing and customer research background, I've experienced "the client side" in Schweppes, PepsiCo and Microsoft (product planning for New ways of working), prior joining AOS, soon to be Colliers, in july 2014.

I   conduct "3Bs" studies, (Bricks, Bytes, Behavior) collaborate with architects and other experts to define work environment strategies that  facilitate people's ways of working, today and in the future.

I drive workplace research or entire projects when they include a transformation of ways of working.

My scope is France, but I'm happy to share our practices and know-how to any country in the world

1. Drove the Agile@work project at AXA Assistance for 1 000 people, in 12 000 sqm: revamping their existing workplace with a desk-sharing lay-out to support more collaboration and innovation amongst teams. I am leading a team of ~10 in Colliers: architect, designer, change management, engineer...
2. Drove the visionning process for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), which moved 1500 people in a new building, from closed office to open space
