Laurent Attia

Laurent founded Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services (CIVAS) in 2015. He previously worked as a valuer and risk manager for clients like Groupe Caisse des Depots (French sovereign fund), Allianz and AXA. Laurent managed a valuation & advisory company for 7-years. He was  General Secretary of the investment company PhiTrust. Laurent was also the CTO of Realnet Placeinvest, which is an IT platform servicing La Mondiale, Generali and Invesco. Laurent began as Information Systems Consultant for IBM Global Services where he worked more specifically on SAP for the split of assets between EdF and GdF (then the government owned electricity and gas providers).

Laurent graduated with a Masters in Real-Estate Management from ESSEC Business School, Masters in Economy from IAE Poitiers and MSc in Engineering Surveying from ESGT-CNAM.

Laurent is MRICS Registered Valuer and member of AMRAE the French Association of Risk Managers. He is also a member of Essec Alumni.
