Antoine joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Head of France and a member of the EMEA Executive Committee. His expertise in corporate real estate services brings a wealth of experience spanning more than 30 years, having held senior positions with CBRE, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Ernst & Young. He is well known for his client focus, strategic vision and enterprising spirit.
Antoine joins Colliers from Deloitte Consulting, a world leader in management consulting, where he was a Partner in charge of Consulting for banking and real estate groups. He was previously Managing Partner of Deloitte in Morocco and Finance Director for Africa. With more than 25 years of experience in consulting and corporate real estate, Antoine has accompanied leading national and international organisations, including Crédit Agricole, HSBC, Société Générale, Gecina and Immochan, on their strategic real estate challenges, with a specialisation in digital transformation, tomorrow's work, innovation and operational efficiency.
Founder of AOS in 1997 (acquired by First Service – parent company of Colliers International, in October 2014), his entrepreneurial spirit and foresight fuelled his ability to take a small independent Parisian company, specializing in space planning and grow it into a global organisation, that today provides high-level occupier-focused real estate services.
Gilles contributed to the set up of the Tenant Rep business in France and is involved in many big and complex transactions in Paris. Due to his background, he is executing sponsor of Occupier Services within Colliers International for the EMEA region.
Laurent is Chief Financial Officer for Colliers France, a role he has held since February 2021.
Laurent brings 20+ years of multinational experience in Commercial Real Estate and Audit to Colliers France, starting with a 9-year audit experience with PwC (1999-2007) in Lyon, New York and Paris. Laurent then joined GE Real Estate where he held various pan-European Finance roles in Paris, London and Frankfurt until 2016 (Accounting, Planning & Analysis, Project Management, M&A). From 2017 to 2020, Laurent led the Finance team at Logicor France 2017-2020, the European specialist of Logistics Property, where he positioned the platform for sale by Blackstone to CIC in 2017 and piloted the transformation its operations for long-term growth and European scale. Before joining Colliers, Laurent was General Secretary for Novaxia, a Paris-based regulated asset management outfit specialised in real estate, with oversight over all group support functions.
