I started my career in residential and retail brokerage. Then start focusng on Industrial properties since 2006. In 2017, I was responsible for Colliers' West China business, covering Chengdu, Xi'an and Chongqing. In 2019, I was promoted as the Managing Director of China for Colliers, responsible for the full scope of businesses all over China.

Mr. Lu Wei has more than 20 years of experience in real estate project development and property management. Engaged in intelligent system integration; After entering the real estate industry, I was responsible for the market expansion in the central China region in relevant international real estate consulting enterprises, led the implementation of all projects as an engineering consultant, property consultant and technical support, and provided operational support for the actual management projects. Rich experience in property asset management and safety (risk) management, and equipment operation/maintenance and risk management, in the early planning and design stage, to provide property and intelligent, electrical professional facilities management advice and suggestions; And provide early property consultancy services and later daily consultancy services; Familiar with the preliminary engineering work of the project, proficient in intelligent engineering system, electrical facilities, HVAC, elevator and fire prevention system
