I worked as an intern in colliers in February 2018 and got my first exposure to the real estate service industry, having just started my career at Colliers in July 2018. Joining the Tenant Rep. team with great enthusiasm,  my daily job will support senior brokers on leasing deals.

Giada Hu graduated from Politecnico di Milano and joined Colliers International immediately after graduation. She has participated in various academic exchanging programme and international cooperation projects in Europe, covering the field of architectural design, workplace solutions, and sustainable business models. She has accumulated extensive international teamwork experience.

Karenfy Shen joined in Colliers International in May 2017. She has abundant experience in office services -  landlord representation and involves in project consultancy and project marketing of several projects in shanghai.

Vincent earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology in 2018. In 2017, he joined JLL Shanghai as internship and paid more attention in commercial real estate consulting. He is good at doing the analysis upon office building and business park. After joining in Colliers Tenant Rep. in July 2018, Vincent spent his great energy in developing the customers and helping his senior colleagues to make the deals finished.

She works in Office Landlord Representation Team. 

Her education in Real Estate and years of work experience in the architect design institute has provided her with in-depth understanding of real estate. She has experience in commercial real estate, industrial real estate, special properties, and deep understanding in real estate investment, design, development, construction, project marketing, asset management and property transaction. Skilled in research, development plan making, financial analysis, strategic development, etc. of various real estate projects. At the same time, there is strong capabilities in market development, project business development, customer business development, and business negotiation.

Chaobing  has 13 years of experience in IT operation and  server  maintenance. In the past working experience,  he has been responsible for  IT infrastrue construction,  server virtualization and enterprise infromatization and other projects for many times.

Joey Wang is an experienced Project Manager, now part of the Colliers team. With more than 10 years’ experience, Joey is comfortable with taking charge of projects, particularly with regards to cost, schedules and quality control.

Previously, he has worked on several projects across China, highlighting his experience at helping to deliver challenging projects for renowned brands and organisations. Joey is a strong communicator, a keen team player and diligent in his activities to deliver the highest quality to clients.

Professional with +7 years  of experience in commercial real estate in Chile and Shanghai, with focus on  Tenant Representation and Transaction Management.

具有20年物业管理从业经验。期间通过接触各类开发商、业主，深入了解了客户对物业管理的各项需求。

先后参与上海近20个项目的物业管理，业态包括办公楼、商业、酒店式公寓等。

熟悉项目前期顾问、承接查验、后期全权管理日常物业工作。负责协调、支援项目日管理工作，包括各类工作报告、年度预算、人事招聘、前期开荒、进场计划及日常客户维护、投诉处理等工作。
