Cynthia has three year’s working experiences in commercial real estate, focusing on office leasing and project sales planning. She owns intensive experience in Office Services and Landlord Representation, and is responsible for Development Consultancy, Leasing Strategy, Project Marketing and Promotion, Leasing Services etc.

 Key hase engaged in occupier services, landlord representation field for over 7 years.  With diverse experience of services for domestic and international clients, Key is recognised as one of the most influential and active office real estate advisors in the local market.

Selina is in charge of staff recruiement in Shanghai office, and she will provide services in staff training and operation issues.

As a new member in Colliers, I will study hard in the future.

To service real estate requirement from landlord and clients, including strategic planning, market due diligence and valuation, lease negotiation, financial analysis and negotiations in the execution of deals.

Transaction type includes Renewal Lease, New Lease, Relocation, Expansion, Sublease, Surrender Space, Early termination, Lease Retail Space.

Be responsible for dealing customer complaints.
