John has an MBA from Concordia University in Canada and in total has over a decade of professional experience in both banking and real estate investment in mainland China, Hong Kong and overseas cities, and over the past 10 years, John has focused on the China real estate industry. His experience includes investment brokerage, office leasing, project sales and property development consultancy. Taken together, the projects he has been involved in cover more than two million square meters.
•2018 – Investment brokerage of No. 196 Kezhu Road, a 21,253sqm office building in Guangzhou
•2017 – Investment advisory of Ganzhou Bank Xiamen Financial Centre, an office development project with a total GFA of 75,000sqm in Xiamen
•2015 – Investment brokerage of Yunxi, a 10,457sqm office building in Xiamen
•2014 – Office leasing of Yuzhou Plaza, a prime office building with a total GFA of about 60,000sqm in Xiamen
•2012 – Project sales of No. 1 Garden , a high-end residential project with a total GFA of about 190,000sqm in Xiamen
