Fred Tian

Mr. Tian holds the position of Associate Director of Colliers International Industry and Industrial Real Estate Services Department, focusing on real estate planning and consulting, site selection and leasing, investment trading and other services in Northern China, covering industrial parks, logistics warehousing and industrial plants.

Mr. Tian is familiar with the investment, development and operation modes of industrial parks and industrial real estate at home and abroad, and has good relations with a number of national development zones, industrial real estate investment institutions and enterprise end customers.

 Mr. Tian has 10 years of experience in serving industry and industrial real estate. He is mainly responsible for providing related consulting and investment services to domestic and foreign industrial manufacturing enterprises, logistics developers and tenants, government agencies and real estate fund clients.

He once served as the exclusive leasing agent for the domestic project of a well-known life science real estate fund in the United States, and successfully introduced 15000 square meters of large tenants into the park.

Provide project development consulting services for domestic well-known industry and industrial real estate investment institutions, such as Plainvim International, Shenzhen International, Tianbao International, Haitai Group and so on.

Have successfully provided location services to customers include United Technologies, Cameron which is affiliated to Schlumberger Group, Cummins , Oventrop and so on.
