At the end of 2019, the multi-family sector transitioned to a balanced state with vacancy decreasing to 5.7%. This decline is significant as vacancy has reduced by nearly half since 2016.

Mitch has established a strong working relationship with a national appraisal firm located in Saskatoon, which has allowed him to stay abreast of property values, emerging trends, and transaction reports.
