Peter has over 25 years of corporate lending experience where he committed the majority of his career as a Senior Commercial Account Manager with major banks and credit unions in performing credit analysis for commercial loan requests, workout strategies, collection of challenged loans with collateral and repayment deficiencies. During his career, he managed 100+ customers, facilitating loan requests from $1MM to 20MM, and maintained loan portfolios from $20MM to $50MM.  

As Commercial Mortgage Associate, Peter has positioned himself as a highly-skilled leader integrating business development strategies in generating leads through active prospecting and sales presentations for all asset classes, with a focus, but not limited to, multi-phase bridge and inventory financing, land servicing, and construction development.

An emerging leader at Colliers, Chris specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties in the GTA and surrounding areas. Chris has worked through commercial solutions for private and institutional grade owners, across a wide array of assets, enhancing his real estate and market expertise to an unparalleled level. Chris works alongside a team of successful brokers at Colliers; their vertically integrated team promotes success for their clients from the sales and leasing process to consulting and valuation.

Lucas brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, including investment banking, private equity, business development, mergers and acquisitions, development and equity and debt capital raising to Colliers. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in over $30 billion of real estate transactions across a variety of real estate asset classes and has assisted in raising over $50 billion in public, private and joint venture capital, and cross border financing activities.
