Since Chris began selling real estate in 1989, he has achieved various designations including Broker of Record, AACI, CRA & SIOR.    From 1997 to 2005 Chris was President of Kirwin & Associates, a real estate brokerage & appraisal firm with offices in London & Kitchener, Ontario. In 2005 Chris brought Colliers International to London, Ontario and focused solely on real estate brokerage.
