Todd joined the Industrial Sales and Leasing Team at Colliers in 2003 and has proven to be a valuable asset to the company, quickly earning Rookie of the Year, Top 5 Under 5 across Canada, title of Vice President and recently, Senior Vice President. Specializing in the Burnaby, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam markets, Todd has worked with companies such as Honda, Adidas, Finning International, Mercedes Benz, BUK Investments, Arc’teryx, Amacon, Onni and Standard Life. Todd is one of the most active and knowledgeable brokers in the Burnaby, Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam markets, specializing in sales and leasing of industrial properties. Through strong relationships with tenants, owner-users and landlords, Todd is closely familiar with various off market opportunities. A lower mainland resident for 37 years, Todd graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria.
