About Me
Timour is an accredit appraiser specializing in residential, mixed-use and industrial development land. He has completed assignments throughout the GTA, Greater Golden Horseshoe and various tertiary markets. His scope of work also includes income-producing assets, in particular multifamily and industrial buildings. In addition, Timour works with the Colliers Development Advisory to produce feasibility studies for early stage development sites.
