Stephanie Hannon

As Managing Director of the Valuations and Advisory Services Group in Ontario, Stephanie oversees a team of 50 professionals delivering appraisal and tax services to over 3600 clients throughout Canada. The team offers extensive expertise in a variety of real estate asset classes and can tailor their work to our specific clients needs.

Stephanie has over 25 years of expertise in urban, mixed-use and shopping centre development. She is an expert in assessing market value and redeveloping and repositioning assets.

Stephanie has a proven ability in managing relationships and building consensus in a complex multi-stakeholder environment as well as longstanding relationships with clients across multiple platforms.  Stephanie is a skilled bilingual real estate executive having worked for several of Canada’s largest institutional companies such as Ivanhoe Cambridge, Cadillac Fairview, First Capital REIT and Morguard REIT.

Stephanie can align business objectives with strategic planning and can provide insightful analysis of complex issues. She is a strong and decisive deal negotiator.
