Simon has worked in the Landlord Representation team for over six years. He started as the Leasing Operations Coordinator responsible for all market research, financial analysis, data communications and managed marketing initiatives for the web. He now functions as a Senior Leasing Manager responsible for ten portfolios totalling over 3,600,000 sf including Industrial, Retail and Office assets located in the Greater Montreal Area. He interacts on a daily basis with asset managers serving private, public and institutional Landlords.
