Ryley Richardson

Ryley joined Colliers in February of 2017, specializing in industrial leasing and sales in the Edmonton and greater area market. He prides himself in taking his client's business to the next level.

Growing up in a business environment, Ryley learned from a young age the importance of making strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure that their expectations were exceeded. With over 5 years of industry experience, Ryley has successfully negotiated and completed contracts with many high-profile clients across the Edmonton. Utilizing his knowledge of contract negotiation, Ryley works closely with clients to understand their business needs in order to make informed real estate decisions that will be of the greatest benefit to his clients.

Ryley achieved several accomplishments with Colliers including moving over 20M in assets in  commercial real estate.
