Peter Mayerchak

Peter Mayerchak has specialized in inner city and suburban office leasing for nearly 25 years with his primary focus of representing tenants and occupiers’ interests. Peter and his son, Justin, have been business partners for over 10 years with their prime objective being the exclusive representation of occupiers through the relocation, retrieval, or disposition process of their office premises in Calgary and across multiple markets, as the single point of contact for corporate real estate. Peter is an Executive Vice President and founding partner of the Colliers Calgary Office, having completed sales and assignments totaling over seven million square feet representing more than two billion dollars of transaction volume.

Peter’s unbiased consultative approach has allowed him to develop, nurture and grow longterm relationships with clients like Computer Modeling Group, Benevity Inc., Fortis Alberta, Hexagon, Novatel, EFW Radiology, Cole International, Lifemark Health and Pason Systems, just to name a few. Peter has consistently been recognized as a National Top Producer at Colliers International and is a member of the prestigious Everest Club, which recognizes the premier agents globally at Colliers. In 2017, Peter was the #1 office leasing broker in Canada, and has been listed in the top 10 office leasing brokers in Canada for the past seven years.

Giving back to the community is also very important to Peter and his family. Not only does Peter give back on a local level, but also on an international level. As such, Peter and his wife, Gabrielle, have sponsored a young woman in Nicaragua for the past 10 years. Closer to home, Peter serves as a member of the real estate committee with West Island College, and is a major supporter and sponsor for the Fernie Alpine Ski Team.
