Patrick specializes in office leasing, exclusively representing office occupiers in downtown Calgary. Since 2016 Patrick has completed over 1.5M square feet of tenant representation work with both publicly traded and privately held organizations. This experience has given Patrick an intimate understanding of complex and sophisticated lease structures, involving unique negotiations strategies, to achieve his clients desired outcomes.

His approach emphasizes understanding corporate objectives and business needs to create a well delivered, customized, and unbiased real estate strategy. For a tangible metric of his work, Patrick has received the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100/100 since joining the service in 2020. NPS is a third-party management tool used by Colliers to measure a client’s satisfaction and how likely they would recommend Colliers to a friend or colleague.

Patrick sits on the Board of Directors for the Notre Dame Alumni Association Alberta Chapter, is a leadership donor with the United Way and holds an honors degree in Applied Economics from Queens University.

Prior to commercial real estate, Patrick was a competitive hockey player winning two national championships: the Telus Cup with the Notre Dame Hounds in 2009, and the RBC Cup in 2010 with the Vernon Vipers. Patrick then went on to play U Sports Hockey at Queens University.

During his time with the Notre Dame Hounds, Vernon Vipers, and Queens University, Patrick was given several awards for community service and sportsmanship, and post-secondary scholarships.
