With a core understanding in financial analysis, I brought my expertise and passion for learning to a senior Industrial Brokerage team at Colliers, specializing in the Fraser Valley. My core competencies include prospecting, marketing coordination, underwriting, market research, and land valuation. Through my analytical background, I am able to provide unparalleled solutions to multi-faceted real estate and business challenges that my clients face.
I initially joined Colliers International as a Real Estate Financial Analyst, providing support for the Industrial, Investment, Office and Retail divisions. I delivered detailed and accurate financial analysis through careful due diligence, market research and understanding of local planning policies. I was also responsible for publishing the LandShare Report. My specialties are the valuation and underwriting of income producing properties and sites with redevelopment potential.
