Morgan Dyer

Morgan is a Senior Vice President in the Vancouver Office of Colliers International. He is a senior member of the brokerage group and has been associated with Colliers since 1993. Morgan has acted for many of Vancouver’s leading development and investment firms, including private and public, operating companies and government institutions, representing both buyers and sellers. Morgan specializes in the sale of development and investment assets and comprehensive development and redevelopment properties.

Morgan has extensive knowledge and experience with investment and development properties, and is sought after for his experience in creating maximum value for his clients. His expertise combined with his excellent relationships with local, national and international investors and developers ensures that each assignment is well represented to achieve the highest price in the shortest period of time. 

Over the past decade, Morgan has actively participated in most of the major commercial transactions throughout the Lower Mainland and has sold over $3 billion in aggregate value. He is continuously recognized as one of the region’s top producers and ranks among Colliers’ top advisors in Canada.
