About Me
Michael entered the real estate buisness in 1992. His intial employer was Regina's preeminent developer/Landlord. Michael transitioned from that into ownership of a nationally recognized commercail real estate banner. In 2007 Michael joined Colliers and is now Broker of Record and Partner in the local office.
Due to the Regina market size Michael has gained a wide spectrum of knowledgte servicing all sectors of the industry. He is considered one of the leaders in the field of commercial real estate and is often used as an expert witness and media relations consultant.
Most particularly Michael has been heavily involved in investment and business sales, office leasing and development projects.
Michael has been involved in numerous investment sales ranging from office buildings, hotels, multi-family, car washes, retail strips, industrial properties and land sales.
Has completed a number of federal and provinical office lease tenders.
Represented Mosaci Potash on the relocation of its Canadian head office, and CBC on the Canadian Saskatchewan Sound Stage intiative.
