Mathieu has been operating in the real estate industry since 2015. He currently heads the leasing and marketing department for the REMS division in Quebec, which specializes in landlord representation. He is responsible to oversee all leasing transactions within a diversified portfolio (office, industrial and retail) of +/- 6.5M square feet for both institutional and private clients. His mandate is to ensure that all transactions are aligned with the financial and profitability metrics established by each respective clients. He also advises certain landlord clients on the asset management level, the financial underwriting and due diligence during the real estate acquisition/disposition process.

He is a graduate of John Molson School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, is a licensed commercial real estate broker in Quebec and is a CFA® charterholder.
