About Me
Kevin Watson has transitioned from an active day to day leader and partner at the Colliers International Calgary's office, to an Executive Advisory role on a part time basis. His son; Cody Watson will be the lead point of contact for all of Kevin's clients.
With over 40 successful years in commercial real estate in Calgary, Kevin has distinguished himself as an industry leader for his accomplishments, with a particular expertise in the office market. Kevin began working with Colliers International in 1998, where he joined the brokerage side of the business, as an Owner and Partner. He was extremely active in completing numerous high profile suburban and downtown office leasing and sale transactions.
Widely recognized as an industry leader in the Calgary office market, Kevin will share his knowledge as an Executive Advisor of CMN Calgary Inc. As an Executive Advisor, Kevin's long time experience and expertise will help the Colliers International Calgary office remain the leading commercial real estate firm in Calgary.
