Ken Ellerbeck

Ken obtained his Real Estate license in 2004, which he combined with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and 35 years experience as a Development Manager and Project Manager. This experience has enabled him to guide ventures from initial acquisition, to commercialization and market realization or exit. He has provided end-to-end business, engineering, and project management consulting for Industrial projects such as mining and rail ventures, and commercial and residential Real Estate projects. Ken's insight and knowledge of the development process gives him a unique advantage which can translate to significant value for buyers and sellers alike.
