Ken's past experience includes: Commercial Real Estate Broker, Knowlton Realty, Vancouver, BC, and Calgary, AB; Broadcast Sales, CFCN Television, Calgary, AB; and Director of Sales, Four Seasons Hotel, Calgary, AB & Vancouver, BC.

Specializing for the last number of years in investment sales, in 2012, Ken established the Apartment Marketing Division for the Victoria office publishing twice annually the respected Greater Victoria Apartment Market Rental Report.  The report is widely quoted and recognized as a reliable, accurate and professional commentary on the status of the Greater Victoria purpose built rental apartment asset class, which continues to occupy a growing prominence on the local commercial real estate landscape.
