Julie Côté

Julie began her career in office real estate property management in 2004 for a well-known Montreal Real Estate firm where she acquired solid skills in customer service. She then started to work in brokerage where she held different positions, from Lease contract administrator to lease manager.

She holds a brokerage licence and knows all aspects of a real estate transaction, including negotiation and drafting of leases with all the contractual and financial considerations that are involved in the execution of lease agreements.

She's a natural in connecting with people which first and foremost brings her to focus on her clients' needs and ultimately it's her passion, dedication and integrity that guarantees success in reaching an always favorable outcome to her clients' business goals.
