Jessica Wurz

Jessica began her career with Colliers Calgary in 2016, joining the industrial team. As a transaction manager and associate, Jessica plays a pivotal role in supporting her team in several key areas. One of her essential functions is deal management/tracking, which is mandatory in ensuring that transactions progress smoothly and within acceptable timeframes. By proactively monitoring the nature of the transactions, Jessica not only ensures that all parties involved remain collectively accountable but also that there are no surprises down the line. Jessica is adept with client relations, with excellent interpersonal communication abilities, which are vital to ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through prompt responses and effective solutions. In addition, she tackles sale and leasing documentation, ensuring that these are accurate, timely, and meet all legal requirements.

Jessica brings a tremendous value to her team through her skills in conducting comprehensive market research. This facilitates access to up-to-date and relevant market data and insights that guide the team’s decision-making processes. Furthermore, Jessica is instrumental in designing marketing materials and creating listing brochures that are both effective and appealing. These play a significant role in helping clients make informed decisions about the properties they wish to lease or purchase. In addition, through listing pitches and proposal, Jessica leverages her excellent written communication skills, expertise, and market knowledge to produce compelling content that resonates with potential clients. Her contributions are invaluable in supporting the team to expand its business operation, meet its objectives, and deliver exceptional service to all their clients.
