Jason Teahen

Jason is a Vice President with Colliers’ Office Leasing division specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties in Metro Vancouver. With over decade of experience at Colliers International and over 1000 lease and sale transactions, Jason is well known in the industry as an office property expert.  Jason’s work guiding large office occupiers through the corporate real estate decision making process has given him unique and valuable insight into what businesses want and need from a landlord and their office space. This experience has allowed Jason to provide creative and thoughtful agency representation to some of Canada’s largest institutional real estate owners as well as private investors and local developers. Understanding that not all owners of real estate have the same goals and objectives Jason provides a customized approach to each property and owner he has the opportunity to work with.

Jason was born in Ontario and has lived in Vancouver for  the past 18 years. He currently lives in North Vancouver with his wife and three children.
