About Me
Jane started at Colliers International as part of the downtown office leasing team in April of 2018. In the past three years, she has had played an instrumental role on numerous major transactions from both Landlord representation and Tenant representation perspectives. Of the total 1.5M square feet of leasing transactions she has had direct involvement with, some notable transactions include Symend Inc. (80,000 SF), WeWork (80,000 SF) and Golder Associates (60,000 SF).
Jane’s positive attitude, effective communication and financial analysis abilities and track record for delivering results has earned her the confidence and trust from some of the country’s largest real estate firms including Slate Properties, KingSett Capital and Choice Properties.
