Gordon Easton

My career has focused on Urban Planning and development of a wide range of property types. Work has included feasibility studies, consultant selection and coordination, managing the civic approval process and implementation of construction projects.  Working for a variety of client types, my focus is on assiting clients achieve their real estate goals while finding a balance between communiity and private goals. I am a creative problem solver and approach real estate challanges in different ways.

 I Joined Colliers in 2005 and have provided public & private sector clients with a wide range of consulting services for over 25 years. IpProvide a wide range of Urban Planning Services including: OCP Amendments, Rezoning and Development Permits, Subdivisions, Masterplanning & preparation of Design Guidelines and Public Communication Strategies.  I provide comprehensive Development Management Services including consultant selection/co-ordination, management of design, budget and schedule, and the administration of construction related activities.
