Genevieve Houle

Geneviève Houle is a creative, visionary and results-oriented individual with experience in the real estate industry, particularly in commercial leasing, and working in complex and fast-paced environments. Over the past 7 years, she has achieved successes while working collaboratively and engaging a wide range of business partners to close transactions that have enabled both landlords and businesses/retailers to achieve their goals.

Geneviève has worked on both the developer and landlord sides for large, well-known companies such as Canderel, Oxford Properties and Groupe Petra, representing, negotiating and marketing portfolios of up to 9 million square feet. She has been involved in transactions requiring the leasing of mixed-use, office, industrial, retail and multi-residential properties: Maison Alcan, Quartier DIX30, 1250 René-Lévesque, 1000 De La Gauchetière, CIBC Tower, Tour des Canadiens (residential unit sales) to name a few.

Geneviève has also distinguished herself by getting involved with various industries to help them meet their leasing needs, including finance, legal, technology, medical and others. She has been involved with local and international companies as well as clients of multiple sizes of up to 270,000 square feet.

In joining Colliers, Geneviève works closely with her father, Pierre Houle, as well as the other members of their office tenant representation team, Pierre Charest and Mathieu Turnier. Together they will tap into both a lifetime of experience and the forward-thinking, enterprising dynamic that Geneviève brings with her from her 7 years of experience within major players in the commercial real estate industry.

On a personal level, Geneviève trains for half-marathons and puts her creativity to good use by cooking healthy meals. A highlight of her athletic career was receiving the Best Goalkeeper Award at the 2008 Canadian Soccer Championships.
