Gail provides full service office leasing solutions and advisory services to both tenants and landlords in the Greater Victoria area. As one of the senior members of the Victoria office leasing group, Gail provides support and market intel to assist in the production of the annual Q2 and Q4 Office Market Reports and vacancy rates for the Victoria market.
Gail also works on investment sales area specializing in commercial product and Strata office mainly in the downtown sector of the market. Gail started her career with Colliers in 1987 and is extremely knowlegable as she continues her role as one of the senior office leasing specialists in Greater Victoria.
Completed two marathons, received the top producer award in 1990, 1993, and 2000.
