D’Arcy entered the commercial real estate industry in 1992. In 2009, he joined the Colliers team to better serve his clients.
Previously, he held positions with Victoria Park Capital, Investment Saskatchewan, JJ Barnicke Commercial Real Estate and Crown Life Insurance Company.
D’Arcy readily offers extensive market knowledge to clients with over 25 years of experience. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including, leasing, sales, development, acquisition, management, disposition, mortgage underwriting, environmental, valuation and analysis.
His knowledge areas include: investment sales; industrial sales and leasing, office leasing, land sales and development.
Sold over $100 million in properties over the past 5 years.
