Arun Heed

Arun joined Colliers in January 2019 and since then has specialized in office sales and leasing throughout Metro Vancouver. He represents investors, owners, tenants and landlords in a collection of real estate transactions while strategically concentrating on efficiency in terms of planning and execution. Since joining Colliers, his focus has been servicing the suburban markets, which most notably include Surrey, Langley, Burnaby and New Westminster. From growing up in Surrey, Arun has developed an unparallel understanding of the Fraser Valley with regards to his overall market knowledge.

Arun graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate Studies. During his time at UofC, he spent two years as the Real Estate Student Association’s Director of Corporate Relations. In the summer of 2017, Arun worked as a Data Associate Intern at Colliers, analyzing office and industrial properties throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.
