About Me
Commenced my Real Estate career working for Belcourt(developer), leasing their industrial, office and retail portfolios. Went on to working with Presud/Olympia & York in 3rd Party Management working on various portfolios including but not limited to Caisse de Dépôt, GE Capital, Standard Life , Manulife et al. , while adding value to these portfolios in repositioning properties in the regions throughout the Québec Province. Then moved on to First Pro Shopping Centers (Smart Centers) leasing the development Québec portfolio for the Wal-Mart Power Centers across the province. Later went on to obtaining my Real Estate Broker's License (leasing & acquisitions), working together with some dynamic leaders in the industry .
