- At the end of Q3 2020, total stock of class A and B offices in Plovdiv was 254,600 sqm, similarly was the volume in the sea capital Varna - 254,000 sqm, while in Burgas considerably lower 62,000 sqm.
- The highest volume of projects under construction was observed in Plovdiv (76,100 sqm) followed by Varna (21,800 sqm) and Burgas (19,500 sqm).
- The percentage of available space in Plovdiv and Varna was 16% and 13%, respectively, the smallest is this share in Burgas (6%).

Verka joined Colliers International in August 2005 as Key Accounts Executive, focusing on the launch of a new residential service. In connection to the launch of Business Park Varna in 2005, she was asked to contribute as a member of the project team.
