Dick has been active in architecture, construction and project management for the last 14 years.  He has led design and fit-out of numerous local and global companies.  He is a highly motivated, efficient, practical senior director who possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and has a good depth of experience in multiple industries.  He both bilingual in native Japanese and English has a wealth of experience on complex projects.  Project work includes the relocation of GSK HQ office, Amazon and Microsoft Osaka  office relocations. Before joining Colliers International, was senior project manager effectively leading and training young project managers.

Education

Dick is recipient of prestigious Japan Monbusho Scholarship to study architecture in Japan. He graduated from the Tokyo Metropolitan University in 2004, completed an Executive Education program at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design in 2008. He gained professional experience working for various firms in Japan, including the Pritzker laureate Shigeru Ban Architects, Architecture-lab and Honda Architecture Studio and served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Nippon Engineering College in Hachioji, Japan.
