Ryan’s main area of expertise is portfolio valuations for corporate clients and development appraisals. He has undertaken valuation assignments for the government and the private sector, specifically in the residential,commercial and industrial sectors.
Ryan is well versed in the economics of real estate and is able to provide key insights and valuable advice relating to property assets. With a general practice and asset management background, Ryan is also skilled at landlord and tenant matters, sales and leasing, property management and strategic property consultancy.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ryan worked for the Hong Kong Government undertaking all aspects of professional work including interim and capital valuations for different types of properties. Prior to this, Ryan dealt with the acquisition and joint sale of property interests as well as development appraisals for various redevelopment projects. He has assisted in formulating corporate policies and procedures.
Ryan has also worked on landlord representation and advised on marketing / leasing strategies. He has conducted market analysis and prepared portfolio reports for clients on a regular basis.

Ryan graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a bachelor's degree in Property Management and then he obtained a Master degree in Public Administration from the University of Hong Kong.
会员资格和参与
Ryan is a member and registered valuer of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing.
