Lukasz Panczyk

Lukasz joined Colliers International in April 2013 and currently holds the position of Senior Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. Lukasz specializes in Build-to-Suit projects - in both production and logistics sectors. He is involved in the process of acquisition / selling of industrial space as well as the investment areas for agencies’ Clients. Lukasz is also responsible for representing tenants in the process of negotiating and renegotiating lease / development agreements.

Lukasz began working in Colliers as Trainee in the Department of Advisory and Valuation Services, where he participated in the valuation of the property by supporting the work of surveyors. His responsibilities included also preparing market analysis.

Lukasz is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology on the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography and the Property Valuation.

Over the last few years, I have been involved in the majority of agency projects, focusing mostly on production and logistics BTS and BTO projects.

Recently, I worked with companies such as Eurocash, Sanden Manufacturing Poland, Ideal Automotive, Hags, Thule Group, Develey, FM Logistic, Carcoustics, Skamol, Hydroline, Rohlig SUUS Logistics, Varroc Lighting, Kitron, Bafang.
