In the over 20 years I am active in the real estate industry I have gained experience in letting brokerage, tenant rep, occupier services, property management, asset management and investment management. For past 16 years I have worked for German Instutitional Investors. In my latest role as MD of HIH Benelux, I was responsible for Asset & Investment Management and have done large transactions for Korean clients (Edge Amsterdam West and Zalando XXL). Before HIH, I was Investment Manager for the Netherlands with what is now Patrizia. In this role I have sold over 80 properties, acquired about 20 properties and did large lettings. Also I was team member for several redevelopments from office to hotel. 

• EUR 350 m+ acquisition of The Square in Luxemburg, an office  sale and  lease back of Deutsche Börse (2007)
• EUR 260 m+ acquisition of KPMG Head Quarters in the Netherlands (2007-2010)
• EUR 260 m+ acquistion of Edge Amsterdam West, an office redevelopement in  Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on behalf of Korean clients HAAM and NH securities (2019-2021)
• EUR 215 m acquistions of the Zalando XXL Distribution center in Bleiswijk the Netherlands on behalf of the Korean client Midas  Asset Management (2021)
• (EUR 95 m) Acquistion and sale of Westgate II office building in Amsterdam (2008-2009)
• Sale of a portfolio of 18 office propeties  to Ares (2015)
• Sale of a portofio of  7 office properties to Bayside HIG (2014)
• Sale of a portofio of  5 office properties to Lone Star (2014)
