Todd has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in educational and office properties and corporate tenant representation. Prior to joining Colliers, Todd was with Trammel Crow Company, CBRE and Insignia/ ESG.
As a vice president with Colliers, Kyle Campbell specializes in the sale and leasing of education and office properties across metro Phoenix and nationally. Kyle has in-depth knowledge of education-based real estate and serves as a director of Colliers’ Education Services Group, the leading advisory group dedicated to the education industry.
He is also a member of the top-producing office and education team of Todd Noel, senior executive vice president; Michael Marsh, associate vice president; Matt Baniszewski, senior associate; Anthony Timpani, Associate, Tara Dannenberg, senior client services specialist; and Robin Barrett, senior client services coordinator..
Kyle works closely with clients to understand and evaluate their short- and long-term objectives. Leveraging his knowledge of the office and educational property markets, Kyle positions properties to increase liquidity and maximize value. Through a multi-disciplined approach, Kyle aligns marketing strategies with his clients’ business goals to deliver optimal results.
He brings tremendous value to clients through a comprehensive platform of services, including strategic marketing, acquisition and disposition, new and renewal lease negotiations, lease restructuring, occupancy cost reduction, and coordinating construction and tenant improvements. Through in-depth research of demographic and GIS trends, Kyle provides expert site selection services to clients and team members.
Kyle joined Colliers in 2013, as a research associate for Greater Phoenix. In this role, he monitored tenant activity, maintained an extensive lease and sale comparable database, compiled quarterly office market reports, and assisted brokerage professionals with market presentations.
During his time in research, Kyle gained extensive market knowledge and analytical skills. By the fall of 2014, he had sharpened those skills and transitioned to a broker position with Colliers.
Kyle is actively involved with Brokers for Kids, a year-long fundraising drive to benefit Boys Hope Girls Hope, an organization that provides scholarship to underprivileged kids to ensure a good education.

The team specializes in office and educational properties, leveraging extensive knowledge of the market to assist clients in achieving their real estate and business objectives.

Prior to joining Colliers, Michael served as an associate with Lee & Associates, representing landlords and tenants in the leasing, sale, and acquisition of commercial space. Working on behalf of tenants, he identified locations and spaces that met their requirements for current and future growth. Michael developed strategic leasing, acquisition, and sales strategies to optimize the value of his clients’ real estate assets.
Anthony Timpani is an associate with Colliers and member of the top-producing team of Todd Noel, Michael Marsh, Matt Baniszewski, Tara Dannenberg, and Robin Barrett. Anthony specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties.

Anthony first joined the Colliers Phoenix office as an intern under Steve Lowe where he quickly learned how to build a brokerage team from the ground up and rigorously studied the commercial real estate markets in Phoenix as well as investment services. He carefully centralized, merged, corrected, customized, and digitized data collected by the team and quickly earned a promotion to associate with the team.
Robin is a senior client services coordinator for the top-producing Colliers office and education services team, led by Todd Noel, a senior executive vice president. Specializing in the sale and leasing of office and educational properties, the team represents landlords, tenants, investors, build-to-suit development, and land transactions.
Robin supports Todd Noel, Kyle Campbell, Michael Marsh, Matt Baniszewski, and Anthony Timpani by providing advanced marketing support, preparing sales reports, conducting research, managing the team’s database, formatting proposals, and creating presentations and pitch decks.
With more than 18 years’ experience in supporting commercial real estate brokers, Robin has an innate understanding of the business and is able to anticipate the needs of those around her. By providing honest assessments, taking initiative, and efficiently prioritizing tasks, she has gained the trust and respect of her colleagues.
Robin is a team player with a wide range of expertise in software ranging from design to research, databases, and proprietary industry systems. Her experience has earned her a reputation of being ambitious, committed, devoted, earnest, attentive, strategic, tenacious, resourceful, and resilient.
Robin has been in commercial real estate since 1998 where she started out as an administrative assistant for Insignia/ESG in Phoenix, supporting thirteen brokers in design and marketing coordination. In 2008, she began to explore the country. During her travels, she worked with commercial real estate brokers and financial advisors, gaining extensive insight and experience at firms such as Orgel Wealth Management, Cushman & Wakefield, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
In her experience, she gained an eclectic skill set ranging from Photoshop, InDesign, Eloqua, Esri, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Landvision, Microsoft Office, Costar, Crexi, Marketsphere, and she also obtained her real estate license in the state of Virginia.
