Her core responsibilities include creating business development and marketing materials, overseeing the marketing, research and analytics platform, and providing interpretation and analysis of market trends to support advisors and clients.

Maggie has been instrumental in driving the growth of the Design and Analytics (DNA) team within Colliers | Wisconsin. Under her leadership, the DNA team has become a key resource for the company, providing innovative and cutting-edge solutions to clients across the region. Maggie is committed to mentorship and is passionate about guiding and supporting members of the marketing and research team. Her leadership and mentorship have helped to foster a culture of excellence and growth within the department.

Additionally, Maggie has been a driving force in process innovation and implementation companywide, working closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline workflows, increase efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.

Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Maggie helped established a high school internship program in 2021 aimed at providing opportunities for young people to gain valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry. This initiative has been highly successful in exposing talented students to the industry and providing opportunities for these future professionals.

Dan specializes in, and leads, the Office Agency Leasing Group for the Wisconsin market with a specific focus on institutional clients.  He has a successful track record with the rebranding and lease-up of an array of suburban and CBD office projects.  Dan’s ability to understand the unique aspects of each asset and communicate those attributes to the marketplace in an effective and targeted manner has provided his clients with an unmatched level of service and overall results.

Mike has been with Colliers since 2008 and his core business is slated towards lease, sale, and development transactions of office buildings and tenants throughout Wisconsin. 

Mike specializes in office landlord and occupier representation with an emphasis in central business districts (CBD) high rise and mid-rise leasing.  Mike takes a strategic approach to brokerage services with a focus on research & analytics to provide best in class information to his clients.  He has been responsible for over 2 million square feet of office leasing and sales. 

Mike is a graduate of Marquette University Business School, with a double major in Commercial Real Estate and Finance.  He is a founding member of the Real Estate Alumni of Marquette (REALM), and remains active on the Center for Real Estate Advisory Board.

Matt has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since joining Colliers | Wisconsin in 2013. As Vice President, Matt’s core business is slated towards lease, sale, and development transactions of office buildings throughout Wisconsin.

Matt specializes in landlord representation and handles assets throughout all of Southeastern Wisconsin with an emphasis Milwaukee’s central business district (CBD). Matt is currently responsible for the brokerage services of over one and half million square feet market wide. His areas of expertise include; leasing and sales of commercial office investments, corporate owner and tenant representation, research analysis and Argus modeling.

Matt is a graduate of the Marquette University Business School, with a double major in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. Matt is also an active member of NAIOP Wisconsin where he serves on the Developing Leader Co- Chair. 

Joe is a seasoned real estate veteran, having been in the real estate industry since 2007. As an office broker, Joe’s core business is sale, lease and development transactions of office buildings throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Joe also specializes in landlord representation. Joe is currently responsible for the brokerage services of over two and half million square feet market wide.

Joe is highly motivated, resourceful and goal and client-focused. He has a proven track record with the rebranding and lease-up of an array of suburban and CBD office projects. Joe’s ability to understand the unique aspects of each asset and communicate those attributes to the marketplace in an effective and targeted manner has provided his clients with an unmatched level of service and results. Joe has worked on behalf of some of the most prominent and active area landlords to negotiate lease transactions and create value through creative marketing and branding strategies. He is an Eagle Scout with a BSBA Marketing degree from Xavier University. Joe is married, has two sons and currently lives in Mequon, WI. 

Jenna Maguire has worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2008. Initially focusing on marketing, Jenna transitioned to brokerage full-time in 2013. Since that time, Jenna has leased some of Milwaukee’s most high-profile office projects, including Schlitz Park, The Avenue, The Tannery, Two-Fifty, ASQ Center and more. Jenna focuses primarily on Landlord Representation, she has worked on behalf of some of the most prominent and active area landlords in an effort to negotiate lease transactions and create value through creative marketing and branding strategies. Jenna was named a Co-Star Power Broker in 2019 and was part of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2021 Forty Under Forty class. In addition, Jenna is part of the Board of Directors for CARW, serving as part of the executive committee. Jenna is a member of TEMPO, Rotary Club of Milwaukee, and Young Wishmakers of Wisconsin (Make a Wish) and regularly volunteers her time with St. Vincent De Paul’s meal program on Milwaukee’s south side.
