Matt Binfet is an Executive Vice President and Partner with Colliers International, and a member of the Industrial Services Team. Matt has been serving the Calgary industrial marketplace for more than 25 years and has consistently been one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Canada. Matt has been inducted into the Colliers Everest Club, which recognizes the performers in the 10th (top) percentile in Brokerage, Valuation, and Corporate Solutions across the Americas, who demonstrate a dedication to service excellence and building long-standing and valued client relationships. He has primarily focused his efforts on tenant representation and year after year is involved in many of the largest transactions in the City of Calgary. Matt has an established list of clientele who refer to him regularly for advice and transactional services.

Josh Magnussen is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Colliers Calgary in their industrial division. Kyle specializes in comprehensive industrial sale and lease advisory services with a focus on the Calgary area and the surrounding markets. Kyle joined Colliers in 2017 and focuses on tenant representation as well as assisting landlords with the sale and leasing of their properties through hard work and determination.
Kyle is an Associate and works alongside Matt Binfet, Paul Marsden, Neil Ferris, and Josh Magnussen. Kyle’s expert and methodical approach is invaluable when assisting landlords with the sale and leasing of their properties, as well as when working with tenant's to secure a new space or renew in their current location. Kyle is an integral part of the Colliers Industrial Services Team, and his areas of expertise include a specialized focus within Land Marketing, Land Sales, Portfolios, Project Leasing, Project Marketing, and Transaction Services. As an key part of his team, Kyle has been personally responsible for facilitating dozens of client transactions, and has a proven track record of commitment and enthusiasm for each client he represents.
Jessica began her career with Colliers Calgary in 2016, joining the industrial team. As a transaction manager and associate, Jessica plays a pivotal role in supporting her team in several key areas. One of her essential functions is deal management/tracking, which is mandatory in ensuring that transactions progress smoothly and within acceptable timeframes. By proactively monitoring the nature of the transactions, Jessica not only ensures that all parties involved remain collectively accountable but also that there are no surprises down the line. Jessica is adept with client relations, with excellent interpersonal communication abilities, which are vital to ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through prompt responses and effective solutions. In addition, she tackles sale and leasing documentation, ensuring that these are accurate, timely, and meet all legal requirements.

In 2018, Jennifer Robertson joined the Colliers Calgary industrial team, where she has leveraged her vast industry knowledge and expertise to make a significant impact. Prior to joining the team, Jenn amassed an impressive real estate background with a particular focus on the industrial market. Jenn now serves as a Transaction Manager and Associate, an indispensable member of the team, where she takes on a multitude of important responsibilities. She plays a crucial role in designing effective marketing material and creating compelling listing brochures that showcase properties in the most favorable light.
