Evan Truman joined Colliers International in February of 2008. Over the past eleven years he has helped his clients in the negotiation of more than 600 industrial sale and lease transactions with a combined value of more than $400 Million dollars. Evan specializes in mid to large bay leasing, industrial condominium and freestanding building sales. He acts as an agent for both landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers, which provides him valuable insight into the perspective views of both sides and the methods of negotiation required for a winning agreement. Evan’s clients rely on him for timely and accurate real estate information to assist them with their strategic business planning and success in the years to come.
Michael has specialized in Calgary's industrial real estate market since beginning his career in 2003. His detailed knowledge of current market conditions and client focused approach enable Michael to provide timely information needed to make informed real estate decisions.
Michael specializes in tenant and landlord lease representation, owner/user sales, land acquisitions and dispositions, development consulting and receivership sales. Expertise and experience on both sides of a transaction allow Michael to negotiate benefits for all parties. Michael's commitment goes beyond identifying the right facility, tenant or parcel of land, to partnering with his clients in their business to formulate a real estate strategy. He is an SIOR member, a professional organization of the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the real state industry.

Patrick Sailer provides timely and comprehensive industrial real estate solutions. He partners with his clients to advise on strategic decisions to order to help them leverage their investment.
Bringing ten years of experience to the table, Patrick specializes in industrial spaces. With a focus on integrity and quick response time, he has a proven commitment to doing things the right way. He has built a strong client base with his relationship-centric approach.
Patrick is a Senior Associate and has worked alongside Evan Truman and Michael Massing since he joined Colliers International in 2012. They have since added an additional member, Brendan Davies, to the now Truman Massing Sailer Davies team, and focus solely on the Calgary and Greater Calgary Area industrial markets.
This team has been involved with over $237 million in sales transactions, totaling over 1,500,000 square feet sold, and over $172 million in lease transactions, totaling over 3,750,000 square feet leased. Patrick and his team have in-depth knowledge and experience in leasing and sales and can service any and all aspects of their clients’ real estate needs.
Prior to starting in the real estate industry, Patrick graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in real estate and housing. He then went on and joined a large commercial real estate brokerage working in both the industrial and retail divisions before moving to Colliers International.
The Truman Massing Sailer Davies team has an extensive list of longstanding clients who rely on their expertise. Colliers uses the Net Promoter Score (NPS) Program, a globally recognized measurement system which provides structured and actionable feedback. Fundamentally, the NPS Program determines how a client feels about the company and whether they would be willing to promote Colliers to their friends and colleagues. Patrick and his team have an impressive NPS score of 93, compared to such companies like Costco at 74, The Ritz Carleton at 68 and Apple at 68.
