Randy has been in the commercial real estate sector for over 30 Years! And he has continued the Book-Cadillac Family’s legacy of excellence and its long heritage of real estate development in Detroit. Todd Griffin is a Project Manager in the Detroit office of Colliers International.  He specializes in managing industrial, R&D, logistics, and corporate headquarters projects.  Todd also provides  advisory  services to corporate real estate leaders in completing  feasibility  and due diligence studies leading to project fundng and operational approval.  

He has extensive experience with site selection, land use planning,  construction  management,  IT, AV, security and owner's equipment installatons .

Prior to joining Colliers, Todd was an executive with  leading development and property management firms for more than 25 years.

Before working in real estate, Todd was an Environmental Consultant, preparing impact statements for military, municipal and industrial projects throughout the United States.
