Olivier is director of Agency & Mid Cap Investments. In this role he advises different types of clients on real estate with negotiations on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Furthermore he advises private equity, institutional and private real estate investors with buying and selling office properties in the Netherlands. Olivier holds a master degree in corporate Law (LLM).
Office Agency
Olivier leds the integrated brokerage/transaction services designed specifically to fit landlord needs. Our understanding of the dynamics of local real estate markets around the globe enables owners to create maximum value for their asset or portfolio of assets.
Investments (Mid Cap)
Olivier leads the Dutch MidCap Investments team. In addition to the national team based in our Amsterdam Headquarter, the team consists of local real estate advisors based in the regions of Eindhoven and Rotterdam in order to be able to offer the right advice integrally.
Te MidCap team within Colliers daily advises property owners on the purchase and sale of investments in the middle segment of the commercial real estate market up to approximately 25 million euros. The team currently consists of 6 real estate advisors including senior advisors with strong analytical and commercial skills, as well as transaction-driven and experienced negotiators. There is a data-driven approach in which both the offer on and below the market is made transparent for you. The team has access to Colliers' database with all commercial objects in the Netherlands and reference transactions. There is in-house knowledge in the field of legal, real estate, technical and commercial points of interest.

Director Business Development & Agency Offices at Colliers in The Netherlands. I identify business opportunities, build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing (inter-)national clients, collaborate with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluate current business performance and maximize business reach and potential. I define new opportunities in commercial real estate for Agency, Asset Services and Capital Markets, with a preference for Offices. Special interest in data and business analytics to improve our services. Large and robust network, commercial driven, always searching for ways to add value. Member of the Colliers EMEA Offices Group, NVM Business (Dutch Association for Realtors), SIOR and RICS.
I started my career at Colliers International the Netherlands in 2017. I joined the Agency team in the Amsterdam Region and was advising landlords and real estate investors on their real estate portfolio. Since September 2018 I joined the Tenant Representation team to advise office occupiers within the Greater Amsterdam and Utrecht region.
Next to my work in the Tenant Rep team, I am also member of the Colliers Young Sounding Board and advising the management board of Colliers The Netherlands on strategic topics.
