Scott is part of the senior leadership team for the Occupier Services division and manages the Z Energy Non-Fuels Facilities Management contract team, the Land Information New Zeland Facilities Management contract team and the ServiceHub team.
Scott has seventeen years experience working for commercial property firms, corporate tenants and government organisations managing property portfolios and major property projects. Organisations he has worked with include Z Energy, Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), Ministry of Education, Inland Revenue, Vodafone, NZ Post, Kiwibank, NZTA and BNZ. He also spent two years in London working in the property team at BPP University.
Ellis having been a Property & Facilities Manager in the team from 2021-2022.
Ellis holds a Bachelor of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Management, and brings 12 years' industry experience, specialising in pre-opening and re-branding hotels.
Starting with Colliers in early 2016 Camrin has experience in both Property Management and Real Estate Sales. He was a Property Manager in the Wairarapa for two years, assissting with the day to day running of a large residential/lifestyle portfolio. In 2012 Camrin gained a National Certificate in Real Estate, selling properties for the following 4 years.
Camrin began with Colliers on the Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency contract. Managing a wide range of property types spread from East Cape to Invercargill, he dealt with a number of complex matters involving multiple stakeholders. His main focus was on the SH1 Kapiti Expressway, Transmission Gully and Christchurch Southern Motorway projects, where Colliers were to ensure the efficient management of Waka Kotahi's properties and to have them ready for hand over to the various project teams. Camrin is currently managing the Crown Landbank portfolio which includes all properties held for future Treaty Settlement around New Zealand on behalf of Toitu Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand. In addition to this, he is also providing Lease Management services to TAB New Zealand.
