Mr. Cinque has consummated in excess of 1,000 transactions valued at over $2 billion. Mr. Cinque has over 25 years of experience in the New Jersey commercial real estate market. He specializes on strategic planning and developing long-term real estate solutions for numerous clients such as Atlantic Health System, PSE&G, Advanced Health Media, etc. Mr. Cinque started his career in commercial real estate with Bender & Company, Inc. in 1992 and has been with the firm since 1996 (formally known as GVA Williams).

Mr. Bailey specializes in the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties for clients such as Advance Realty Group, Prudential Insurance Company, Rugby Realty, Larken Associates and Hartz Mountain. He has also assisted clients such as Atlantic Health System; FTI Consulting Group; Alliant Insurance; Parsons Brinckerhoff;  Progressive Insurance; ARUP; Duane Morris and PSEG with strategic planning and site selection.

Business and Educational Background
Mr. Bailey brings a broad range of skills, with extensive experience in sales and marketing. Previously, Mr. Bailey was an account executive with Weatherly Securities Corporation in New York, where he was responsible for managing new business development, account management and financial analysis. Prior to joining Weatherly Securities Corporation, Mr. Bailey was with Oppenheimer and Company in New York.
